Free Airport Pick-Up Transfer for New International Students
We’re delighted to offer a free, one-time airport pick-up service for new international students commencing studies at The University of Western Australia (UWA), UWA College, or students with a packaged offer with the UWA Centre for English Language Teaching (CELT).
If you are travelling with other UWA students, please note that each student must complete a separate booking form and upload the required supporting documents individually.
If you will be accompanied by family members or friends, they are welcome to travel with you for an additional fee. A quote will be provided once all travel details have been submitted.
Please ensure that all required documents and information are provided at least 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm your booking.
Information and documents required for your booking
- Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE): This must be an official CoE document issued by UWA, UWA College, or UWA CELT.
- Flight Itinerary: Provide your full flight details, issued by the airline or travel agent.
- Confirmation of Accommodation:
Provide the full address of your accommodation in Perth. - Luggage Details:
Your booking includes 2 main pieces of luggage and 1 handbag free of charge. If you are bringing additional luggage, please complete the excess luggage section of the form. - Mobile Number: Provide your full mobile number, including country code. Please ensure your phone is switched on upon arrival, as this number will be shared with your driver to assist with meeting you at the airport.
Important Information
- If you do not currently have a mobile number, please ensure you remain contactable via email at all times.
- Please submit all required documents in a clear and readable format to avoid delays in processing your booking.
- Your driver will wait for a maximum of 90 minutes for international arrivals and 45 minutes for domestic arrivals, calculated from your scheduled flight arrival time. If you ask your driver to wait beyond these time limits, a fee of $1.10 per minute will apply.

Your driver will arrive approximately 45 minutes after your flight lands.
Please note that immigration and customs clearance requires a time of 45 minutes to 1 hour, subject to the rush hours.
The driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the time your flight lands. If you need more time, please contact us in advance.

We do not recommend buying a SIM card upon arrival as the process takes a minimum of 30 minutes, which can delay drop-offs for other students.
Yes, we can accommodate changes. Please inform us as early as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
Yes. We track flights live and will adjust the pickup time based on your actual arrival.
No, we operate round the clock, so late-night or early-morning arrivals are not an issue.

Yes, but additional charges may apply for accompanying passengers who are not eligible students. If your friend is also a new UWA student, they must submit their own booking form.
Yes. Each student is allowed standard luggage (2 suitcases and 1 carry-on). Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra fees.
