This is a free of charge service for one student only.
You must be a new to Curtin international student to be eligible for this free service.
If more than one student requires transport and wishes to travel with you, each of you must submit your own form individually along with the required documents.
If you are travelling with non-Curtin-student friends and/or family, they are able to travel with you for a fee. You will receive a quote for this once you have provided all the required details.
Please provide the correct documents and information requested one day (24 hours) prior to your arrival date at the latest.
Documents Needed
- OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT or LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (mandatory): This MUST be an official document from Curtin University with the Logo included.
- FLIGHT ITINERARY (mandatory): This MUST be full flight details from either the airline or travel agent only.
- CONFIRMATION OF ACCOMMODATION: Enter the full address details of your destination.
- VOLUME OF LUGGAGE: Only two main bags & one handbag are included free of charge. Complete the excess luggage section if required.
- MOBILE / PHONE NUMBER: Include your full mobile number with country code. Ensure you turn your mobile on when you land as this number will be provided to your driver in case there is a need to contact you at the airport.
Important Information
- If you do not have a current mobile number, please ensure you are contactable via email at all times.
- Ensure you submit all documents in a readable format to avoid delays in your booking.
- This service covers a radius of up to 20 kms from Perth Airport. Any distance beyond will be charged at $5 /kilometre.
- Your driver will wait for a maximum of 90 minutes for International arrivals and 45 minutes for Domestic arrivals, starting from your flight arrival time. If you instruct your driver to wait longer than these time frames, a fee of $1.10/minute will be charged.

Once you have submitted the required information and documents, your booking will either be confirmed or additional information may be requested.
A copy of your booking will be sent to the email address you provided in the booking form. If you do not hear from us, please ensure you check your email spam/ junk folders.

A free, one-time airport pick-up service is available for new international students commencing studies at The Curtin University
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your driver will arrive approximately 45 minutes after your flight lands.
Please note that immigration and customs clearance requires a time of 45 minutes to 1 hour, subject to the rush hours.
The driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the time your flight lands. If you need more time, please contact us in advance.

We do not recommend buying a SIM card upon arrival as the process takes a minimum of 30 minutes, which can delay drop-offs for other students.
Yes, we can accommodate changes. Please inform us as early as possible to make the necessary arrangements. Additional charges may apply if your new address is more than the 20km limit.
No, we operate round the clock, so late-night or early-morning arrivals are not an issue.
Yes, you can request a fixed pickup time. Please let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly.

Yes, but additional charges may apply for accompanying passengers who are not eligible students. If your friend is also a new Curtin student, they must submit their own booking form.
Yes. Each student is allowed standard luggage (2 suitcases and 1 carry-on). Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra fees.
